QA/QC Introduction

Composed of around ten staff, our quality control department includes QC, QE and QA sections. In order to provide customers with the best products, we have implemented a QC system that is in strict accordance with ISO9002 standards. Moreover, we source many of our materials and components from suppliers in Taiwan, South Korea and the USA.
QA staff check the quality of all raw and processed materials, with QE personnel responsible for the related documents. They also analyze and supervise disposal of abnormal products using systemic statistical methods. QC staff handle customers’ requests and quality statistics, and make the corresponding improvements.
